About the Room
A sanctuary for the things you almost said.
The Scarlet Room was built on a simple belief: that every woman deserves a place to ask her most honest questions — without shame, without exposure, without performing wisdom she has not yet found.

The Mission
We are not an advice column. We are a room.
The world asks women to be composed — to have the answers, to hold it together, to tend everyone else’s fire before their own. The Scarlet Room is the opposite of that. Here, not knowing is welcome. Uncertainty is welcome. The question you are ashamed to ask is the very one this room was built to hold.
We draw from the spirit of the great advice columns — a modern “Dear Abby,” but we go further.
The Scarlet Room is a community of women who answer with compassion, honesty, and understanding. Women who have been where you are, faced their own struggles, learned a few things along the way, and know that sometimes, you simply need a safe place to be heard.
And here, you never have to reveal more than you’re ready to share. You can speak your truth, ask your question, or simply listen from the shadows until you feel comfortable stepping into the light.
Welcome to The Scarlet Room. Your story is yours. Your voice is welcome.
Anonymity is not a trick here. It is a kindness.
